The 1954 Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form Retro Hugo was presented September 4, 2004, at Noreascon 4.
In case you wonder why these films are considered 'Short', the boundary is 90 minutes +-18, and films were shorter then!. 1954 is the latest year of the Retro Hugos; the regular Hugos started Best Dramatic Presentation in 1958 until it was split in 2003.
