Semiprozine edited by Julia Rios, managing editor Elsa Sjunneson-Henry, copyeditor Chelle Parker, social coordinator Meg Frank, special features editor Tanya DePass, founding editor Brian White, publisher and art director Pablo Defendini.

Fireside Fiction Company started in 2012 as a Kickstarter-funded short-story magazine.

It had two stated goals: to find and publish great stories regardless of genre, and to pay writers and artists well.

FFC put out three issues in 2012, and were able to shift to monthly issues in 2013.
