The center of fanac in Georgia, home of Atlanta Science Fiction Society, Atlanta Chapter of The Tolkien Fellowships, Atlanta Science Fiction Club, Atlanta Science Fiction Organization
It hosted the 1986 [[Worldcon]{, Confederation, plus Atlanta Fantasy Fair, Frolicon, and still hosts Dragon*Con and GAFilk.
