Freddie Hershey (later Curtis) was a Los Angeles fan, a member of LASFS in the 1940s and ‘50s
She was a founding member of the Outlanders, club secretary and an editor of their clubzine, The Outlander.
She chaired Westercon 3.
She married another LASFan, Hal Curtis.
