| During the summers of 1952-54 Bob Silverberg served as an instructor, Overseer, gauleiter and Lord High Everything Else at a boy's camp in the Catskills. Wishing to spend his summers in tightest Gafia, he shrouded his address in secrecy, referring only to "West Cupcake" -- which thus became a fannish gag-name.
