WisCon 4 was a convention held March 7-9, 1980 at the Wisconsin Center and Madison Inn in Madison, WI. The Pro GoHs were Octavia Butler and Joan Vinge, the Guest Editor was David Hartwell, and the Fan GoH was Beverly DeWeese. It was chaired by Janice Bogstad.
