CopperCon 16 was held September 6-8, 1996 at the Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. The Author GoH was Lois McMaster Bujold, The Artist GoH was Alan Gutierrez, the Special Guest was Andrew Robinson, the Music Guests were Karen Willson and Chris Weber. It was chaired by Lee Whiteside.
