Norwescon XI was held March 23–26, 1989, at the Sheraton in Tacoma, WA. The GoH was Algis J. Budrys, the Artist GoH was David Mattingly, the Fan GoH was Mike Glyer, and Dr. Alan E. Nourse and Avram Davidson were Special Guests. It was chaired by Elizabeth Warren, Steve Barnes was toastmaster and attendance was 2,292.
