(July 20, 1902 – March 29, 1995)
Georges Hilaire Gallet was a French journalist, translator, and editor. He was also a great collector of pulp magazines.
According to Dick Eney in Fancyclopedia 2, before World War II, Gallet was the only French stefnist known to Angloparlantian fandom. He attended Denvention in 1941. He had planned to launch a French prozine, but had to abandon the project at the onset of the war. Later, he was a judge for the International Fantasy Award.
He published the 1954 sf anthology, Escales dans l'infini (Fantasy Ray No. 26).
