(????–)
Nat Greenfeld was a very early fan in New York. He was a founding member of the Scienceers, the first science fiction club, and attended its first meeting on December 11, 1929, a date often considered the birthday of fandom. By July 1930, he was president.
He hosted meetings of the club at his home in the Bronx beginning in late 1930, first of the Allen Glasser faction, after a feud split the group, and later of the rejoined organization.
