Marcon XIII was a convention held April 14-16, 1978 at the Howard Johnson's Motor Lodge North in Columbus, OH (it was originally announced for the Holliday Inn East). The GoH was A. Bertram Chandler and the FGoHs were Larry Smith and Bob Hillis. It was chaired by Mark Evans and Ross Pavlac.
