FenCon VI was a convention held from September 18-20, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza North Dallas in Addison, Texas. Guests of Honor: Lois McMaster Bujold, Carla Ulbrich, Warren Buff, Kurt Miller. Toastmaster: Paul Cornell. Chair: Russ Miller. The con had the theme "Sci-Fi DIY."
Hosted the Region Three Summit, a gathering of Star Trek fans from Texas and Louisiana.
