Jacqueline Monahan is an American fan who won TAFF in 2012. Her fanzine was All Jacq'd Up. She was one of the editors of Small and Far Away. She won the 2010 FAAn Award for Best New Fan. She currently co-writes a fanzine review column with John Wesley Hardin for Beam (Nic Farey/Ulrika O'Brien)
