Felice Rolfe Maxam was a fan who was co-editor of Niekas for which she was nominated for the 1966 Best Fanzine Hugo and won the 1966 Best Fanzine Hugo. She was a member of the Peninsula SF Association in the 1960s. She lived in the Bay Area with her first husband Joe Rolfe and then subsequently with her second, Blake Maxam.
