Richard H. Small, an apahack from Tallahassee, FL, belonged to REHUPA, Dagon, CAPA-Alpha, and SAPS.
Rich had many fannish interests as his APA participation shows, however he was an avid comix fan. He seemed to often live and breath as an old comics hero. In a 1972 Walpurgis Night college skit at Florida State University, he brought the house down as he mugged through a performance as the original Captain Marvel. He died of cancer.
