Kees van Toorn is a Dutch fan, publisher and translator who found fandom in 1966.
He organized the Holland in 1990 Worldcon bid, which won, and was Chairman of ConFiction, the 1990 (Worldcon in the Hague). He has served on many con committees in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, the United States and Canada.
He is a member of LASFS, NCSF, and SFCD. He used to belong to APA-L.
He published Orbit, a semiprozine, from 1977–89.
