(Did you mean a 1940s FAPAzine by the Kuslans or Mark Wheatly’s fanzine?)
A zine published by Clif Flynt from Syracuse, NY, in the 1970s. It was offset-printed with full-color covers and featured book reviews, advertising and 1,000-ish print runs. He distributed it free, through local bookstores, yet made a profit.
