Arthur F. Williams was a prominent British fan during the 1930s-1940s.
One of his fanzines was The Science Fantasy Fan. Each issue contained artwork by Williams, a prolific fan artist, who also did art for fanzines such as Futurian War Digest and Science Fantasy News.
