Edward "Ned" McKeown, a Canadian fan, was part of the Toronto in 1948 Worldcon bid and chaired the resulting Torcon in 1948. He was a member of the Derelicts and published Canadian Fandom (with Beak Taylor) for CAFP.
He was active at least into the 1970s.
