Boskone 17 (officially named Bosklone, with the "L" in italics) was held February 15-17, 1980 at the Radisson Ferncroft in Danvers, MA. The GoHs were Spider and Jeanne Robinson and the Official Artist was Victoria Poyser. It was chaired by Chip Hitchcock and attendance was 800.
Similarly to the case of Boskone 8 and Noreascon 1, Bosklone was held in the outer suburbs of Boston and deliberately scaled back to allow the committee to also work on Noreascon II which would be held in Boston later in that year.
There was no Boskone Book.
