Robin Wood was a Michigan artist specializing in game art and fantasy. She was best known for her portraits of characters from Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern series, the Robin Wood Tarot Deck, and cover art for Dragon and several of Scott Cunningham's books on neo-Paganism.

She became interested in fantasy art after attending Detroit Triple Fan Fair in Spring 1972. She was a Dorsai Irregular. Robin was married to Michael Short.

In 2019, she was diagnosed with cancer, which caused her death.
