Tom Feller is a fan who is a former President of the Southern Fandom Confederation and a winner of the DeepSouthCon's Rebel Award. He chaired DeepSouthCon 35 and was one of the organizers of FanHistoriCon 12. His wife Anita Feller is a past President of the Middle Tennessee Science Fiction Club.

He writes book and movie reviews for Tightbeam, one of the N3F fanzines.
