Todd Voros, a longtime Milwaukee fan, is one of the local fandom’s most social members, frequently hosting parties, anime viewings, MilwApa collations and other fan gatherings at his home, and inviting area fen out to his riverside cabin near Princeton, Wisconsin. An avid boater and fisherman, he is nicknamed Water Rat.
He publishes the apazine River's Edge for MilwAPA, and is a regular at Chambanacon.
