It is not yet clear if this is a hoax bid or not since the filing deadline is still some time off, but if there are no intervening wars, changes in WSFS rules, or dating systems, this is a bid to hold the 21,367th Worldcon (if that remains the correct term) on Terminus. There is also an opposing Trantor in 23,309 bid.
The founders of the bid were Elst Weinstein, Mike Glyer and Marty Massoglia. Robert Silverberg has already agreed to be toastmaster.
They published Terminuscon 23,309 PR 1, a normal-looking bid document with fannish in-jokes, such as the city of New York promising to attend.
