Eastercon 11, London (yes, the con's name was "London", or it may not have been according to Mark Plummer), was held in London over Easter 1960. The GoHs were E. J. "Ted" Carnell and Don Ford. The committee was Ella Parker, Bobbie Gray, Sandra Hall and Archie Mercer.
