A Toronto-area fanzine fan, letterhack and con-running fan who discovered fandom in 1968. He chaired Ditto 15 and has worked on a variety of other regionals and Worldcons, especially in Canada. He ran for DUFF in 2012, but because the administrator was so late starting the race, adopted a platform of "hold over funds". He was OE of Protean APA in the mid-70s..
