It is not yet clear if this is a hoax bid or not since the filing deadline is still some time off, but if there are no intervening wars, changes in WSFS rules, or dating systems, this is a bid to hold the 21,367th Worldcon (if that remains the correct term) on Terminus. There is also an opposing Trantor in 23,309 bid.
The bid was run by Elst Weinstein, Mike Glyer and Marty Massoglia. Robert Silverberg has already agreed to be toastmaster.
