A WSFA group bidding for the 1960 Worldcon to be called "Capacon". Bob Pavlat was one of the leaders of the bid.
The Chicago in '62 bid supported them. DC blew its war chest of $65.00 on a party at Disclave 5 but still lost the bid which went to Pittcon. See 1960 Worldcon Site Selection for details.
