Steven Terry Ogden was a fan who published fanzines and "mini-comics" through Spotted Zebra Press/New Spotted Zebra Press. He was a member of FAPA (and OE in 2018) and was married to fellow fan Vicki Ogden.
A brief obituary, with a photo of Steve and Vicki, was published in Scientifiction, New Series #59 (2019).
