Leah Dillon Gadzikowski was active in 1970 and 1980s Chicago fandom. She was married to fellow fan Chip Bestler. She chaired Capricon 2 (as Leah Bestler). She was a member of the Chicago in 1982 Worldcon bid.
Later she married fan artist Paul Gadzikowski, living in Louisville, Kentucky and Omaha, Nebraska.
