Trinoc*coN 2001 was a convention held October 5-7, 2001 at the Millennium Hotel Durham in Durham, NC. GoH was Vernor Vinge, Artist GoH was Dru Blair, Gaming GoH was Christian Moore, and Special Guest was Andrew Probert, Designer and Conceptualist.
Literary guests included John Kessel, F. Brett Cox, Jodie Forrest, Allen Wold, Mike Jasper, Scott Nicholson, Graham Watkins, William Barton, Drew Williams, Richard Butner, Jack McDevitt, Michael Bishop, and David B. Coe.
Art guests included Emily Bingham, Jamie Bishop, Elf, Michael E. Moon, Tim Mullins (Publisher of Dream Engine Fanzine), Jamie Robertson, Nick Rose, Daniel Trout, and Loston Wallace.
Gaming guests included Steven S. Long and David Weinstein.
Stage Combat was provided by The Shadow Players.
