David C. D. Potter or perhaps D. C. David Potter was a UK fan from Wales active in the 1950s. He was a founder member of the British Science Fiction Association (BSFA).
Potter joined the BSFA in 1958 but had ceased to be a member by June 1963. The first BSFA membership list in Vector #2 identified him as a 'flying officer' so presumably he was in the Royal Air Force.
