Robert "Ozzie" Osband (aka Richard Cheshire) was a longtime Florida fan and space enthusiast. (He is credited with getting the "3-2-1" telephone area code for the Space Coast in Florida.) He was a member of the New York in '83 Worldcon bid and a Phone Phreak.
