DeepSouthCon 31, AKA Conjuration, was held June 4-6, 1993 at the Executive Inn East in Louisville, KY. Emma Bull and Will Shetterly were GoH, Dawn Wilson was Artist GoH, Genny Dazzo was Fan GoH. Attendance was 361, Andrew J. Offutt was the Toastmaster, and it was chaired by Jack Heazlitt and Jennifer Wilson.

The Rebel Award was won by G. Patrick Molloy and Terry Bisson won the Phoenix Award. The Rubble Award went to Ben Yalow.
