Properly should mean "pertaining to fantasy", but its connotations have made it seem to indicate irresponsible flights of fantasy, causing fans to object to such names as Ziff Davis' Fantastic, even tho it is appropriate in that case. In fact, we object to Ziff Davis' Fantastic period
