Terry Carr's The Incompleat Burbee was a 100-page collection of Charles Burbee's fan writing published for his birthday party on April 26, 1958. Besides Carr, the rest of the Berkeley Bhoys helped and much of the repro was by Peter Graham.

It was distributed in FAPA and in April 1993, Joyce and Arnie Katz published a 68-page second edition.
