Ian Covell was a UK fan, critic and bibliographer. From 1994 to 2019 he provided the UK book listings for Locus. His works includes J.T. McIntosh, Memoir and Bibliography (1987) and An Index to DAW Books (1989). He was one of the founders of the Michael Moorcock fan club, Nomads of the Time Stream.
