Margaret Trebing is a Pennsylvania fan and PSFA member who wrote the Philcon I Report in 2000. She is a rare third-generation fan, the daughter of Allison Williams and Alexander Phillips and the granddaughter of James Williams. She is married to fellow fan Mark Trebing.
