A convention held in [[San Diego]] February 16-18, [[1991]] at the Convention and Performing Arts Center and the Kingston Hotel, in downtown San Diego.  The [[GoH]] was [[Tim Powers]], Steve Rude was the Comics guest, and [[Jim Webbert]] and [[Doreen Webbert]] were the [[FGoHs]].  It was sponsored by the San Diego Comics Con.
