Dubuquon I was held April 28-30, 1978 at the Julian Inn in Dubuque, IA. The GoHs were Algis Budrys and Ken Keller. The toastmaster was George R. R. Martin. It was chaired by Gail Burnick and had about 200 members.
There was a brief review by Phyllis Eisenstein in Locus #211, May 1978.
