Barbara Gratz Harmon is a Los Angeles fan, and a member of LASFS since the 1950s.
Barbara is an associate member of First Fandom, the club, and was a member of CAPA. She edited Scientifiction: The First Fandom Report from 2000 until 2004 with her husband Jim Harmon.
Her monthly apazine for CAPA was titled Discord.
