Ken Smith was a UK fan from Newcastle[1] active in the 1950s. He was a member of the NECON in 1951 but didn't attend.

There are references to a K. E. Smith who is possibly also a Ken Smith in Manchester from 1952 onward. The assumption is that this isn't the same person. It's a common enough name. However, it's not out of the question that he moved.
