Arthur A. Duell was a UK fan from Newcastle upon Tyne active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL) and the Science Fantasy Society (SFS).

Duell joined the BFS in 1948 and the SFS the year after where he was reportedly interested in starting a local group. He attended the NECON in Bradford in 1951. In the Operation Fantast Handbook for 1952 he is listed as a section librarian for the BFL handing Planet Stories and others.

He does not appear in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
