SECon II was a convention held March 3–4, 1956, in Charlotte, NC. The GoH was C. L. Barrett. It was chaired by Bob Madle. The main speaker was Dr. J. G. Pratt, the parapsychologist J. B. Rhine's assistant. There were about 30 attendees (though a different source lists 60), also including George L. Cole, Fred W. Fischer, Lynn Hickman, Ian Macauley, Dewey Scarborough, and W. R. Wetmore.
This appears to have been the last SECon, though a third (run by Lynn Hickman) was planned for March 1957 in Orangeburg, SC.
See Madle's con report in Fantasy Times 246 (May 1956, p. 5).
