Lauren Raye Snow is a Texas artist who was incorrectly touted as “the first Latinx to serve as a Vice Chair” when she joined the concom of the disastrous Discon III Worldcon in 2021. She is Art Director for the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.

She was a Mexicanx Intiative selectee, attending Worldcon 76 in San Jose in 2018.
