Windycon 48

Windycon 48 was a convention held November 11–13, 2022, at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL. GoHs: A. M. Dellamonica, Kelly Robson (Authors); Lauren Raye Snow (Artist); Shana Mostella Spinneret (Cosplay); Lauren Oxford (Music); April Choi (“Super”); Bill Higgins (Science). Jody Lynn Nye, Bill Fawcett and Tom Smith were special guests. Mary Anne Mohanraj was Toastmaster.

Choi and Mostella were removed from Windycon’s website without comment sometime after September 9, 2022. Spinneret was announced as a “new Cosplay GoH” on Facebook on October 27.
