Donald E. Cochran is a fan and filker whose first con was NyCon3, the 1967 Worldcon. He lived for a time in South Florida. He was a member of SFSFS and worked on Tropicon as well as editing some issues of the SFSFS Shuttle. He has also been a member of NESFA and WSFA.
