Marcia Kamien wrote short SF for the prozines in the 1950s. In the intro to her June 1957 story, “Holiday,” Fantastic Universe described her as a copywriter at a New York ad agency, interested in Egyptian and Etruscan antiquities, who hated cats. She later wrote romances as Marcia Rose.
