FilKONtario 13 was a filk convention held March 28-30, 2003 at the Delta Toronto Airport West in Mississauga, ON. The GoHs were Jane Robinson and Cynthia McQuillin, the Official Filk Waif was Mark Bernstein, and the Interfilk Guest was Robert Cooke.
The subject of the songwriting contest was "Travelers of the Deep", the convention was chaired by Sally Headford and the new members of the Filk Hall of Fame were Karen Anderson, Poul Anderson, Barry Childs-Helton, Sally Childs-Helton, Bob Kanefsky, and Chris Malme.
