Peter Baillie was a fan and pro from Stirlingshire in Scotland active in the 1950s. He attended the Supermancon in 1954 and was an occasional visitor to, although not strictly a member of, the New Lands SF Club in Glasgow. He contributed to Space Times and was listed as a donor to TAFF in Hyphen #14 (June 1955). At the Supermancon, Ted Tubb noted that he met 'Peter Bailey [sic] (Peter may soon be the Northern organiser for the Vargo Statten Club)[1]. The club never came into being.
